Як багато з нас могли помітити, під час карантину всі торгівельні центри, ринки, кінотеатри та інші магазини були вимушені зачинитися. Винятком є продуктові магазини, аптеки, ресторани та інші заклади харчування (останні працюють лише на виніс). Все це створює багато незручностей у житті кожного, особливо, коли бажаєш купити необхідний товар.
Отож, сьогодні я хочу дати рекомендації щодо покупки в Інтернеті як у період карантину, так і у звичайний час.
У першу чергу потрібно визначитись, який саме товар та у якому стані ви бажаєте придбати (новий чи б.у.). Якщо річ йде про зовсім новий товар, то бажано скористатися популярними інтернет-магазинами як: Rozetka, Аllo, Moyo, Citrus та інші. На перший погляд може здатися, що це сайти для побутової техніки та іншої електроніки, але на даний час на всіх цих сайтах продаються товари майже з усіх категорій, від підгузків до найновіших смартфонів. Але у випадку з Rozetka та Аllo потрібно бути обережним, бо певна частина товарів продається там не від самих сайтів, а від ФОП та інших підприємців (що зазначено біля самого товару), а вже сама гарантія на товари надається від них, що може спричиняти певні незручності у настанні як гарантійних, так і не гарантійних випадків.
Але інколи потрібні товари бувають відсутні у популярних інтернет-магазинах або коштують невиправдано багато. Отож, у таких випадках (та не лише) можна скористатися платформою для оголошень OLX, де можливо придбати багато вже знятих з продаж та просто необхідних вам товарів. Вже там ви можете скористатися пошуком товарів, використовуючи фільтри (ціна, місто, в якому знаходиться товар та продавець, категорія товару, сортування товарів та інші) під час пошуку. Коли ви знайшли товар, який вас влаштовує по фотографіям, опису та іншим показникам, вже можна поцікавитися тим, що вас ще цікавить в товарі або відразу домовлятися про придбання у продавця. У процесі переписки з продавцем він може запропонувати деякі види його придбання:
- при особистій зустрічі у вашому місті (якщо ви з продавцем знаходитесь в одному місті);
- відправлення поштою (Нова пошта або Укрпошта). Особисто я рекомендую Нову пошту, але зверніть увагу на відгуки про відділення, в яке будете замовляти доставку, бо там можуть бути черги або недоброзичливі працівники). Передоплату не рекомендую, так як існує невиправданий рівень ризику, якщо продавець виявиться шахраєм);
- відправлення поштою накладним платежем, що додає вартості доставці товару, але являється більш безпечним шляхом отримання товару з боку покупця (бо є випадки, коли покупець не приходить отримати товар або відмовляється його отримати, що змусить заплатити продавця за доставку у дві сторони та за збереження посилки, якщо товар пролежав на пошті багато часу). Оплата товару відбувається тільки після того, як ви його оглянете та дасте згоду його отримати;
- відправлення за допомогою послуги OLX доставка (якщо продавець активував цю послугу на товарі). Тут процес покупки стає більш цікавим. Спочатку ви на вкладці товару маєте вибрати цю послугу, потім вводите необхідні дані для відправки товару: населений пункт, спосіб доставки (Нова пошта або Укрпошта), номер відділення пошти, номер телефону, прізвище, ім’я, по-батькові людини, що буде отримувати товар. Після цього вводяться дані картки (дані будуть збережені на сайті OLX, інші покупці не будуть бачити ці дані), потім на прикладі картки Monobank, вам потрібно підтвердити цей платіж у мобільному додатку цього банку, після чого кошти будуть списані на OLX, а продавець отримає номер накладної від OLX після того, як підтвердить продаж товару (якщо ж товар не буде відправлений у певний час, то послуга буде відмінена, а кошти повернуться покупцеві).Після прибуття товару у відділення Нової пошти ви як покупець отримає повідомлення, а після того, як особисто оглянете товар та визначитесь чи підходить він вам (відповідає тому, що було в оголошені), ви підтверджуєте отримання та забираєте товар. Лише після цього продавець отримає на картку кошти за проданий вам товар.
Цей спосіб є оптимальним як для продавця та і для покупця, бо ніхто нічим не ризикує, але багатьом буде не зручно з цією послугою через використання кредитної картки.
PS: під час карантину не всі відділення працюють (зокрема ті, що знаходяться у торгівельних центрах). Крім того, врахуйте, що у відділеннях Нової Пошти та Укрпошти може одночасно знаходитись обмежена кількість людей. А ще не всі продавці бажають продавати в умовах карантину.

As many of us may have noticed, all shopping malls, markets, cinemas and other stores were forced to close during the quarantine. Exceptions are groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and other catering establishments (the latter work only for takeaway). Which creates a lot of inconvenience in everyone’s life, especially when you want to buy the necessary product.
So, today I want to give recommendations for online shopping both during the quarantine period and during normal times.
First of all, you need to determine what product and in what condition you want to buy (new or used), if it is a brand new product, it is desirable to use popular online stores such as: Rozetka, allo, moyo, citrus and others. At first glance, it may seem that these are sites for home appliances and other electronics, but currently all of these sites sell products from almost all categories, from diapers to the latest smartphones. But in the case of Rozetka and allo you need to be careful, because some goods are sold there not from the sites themselves, but from private individuals and other entrepreneurs (which is indicated next to the goods) and the warranty on the goods is provided by them, which can cause some inconvenience. in the occurrence of both warranty and non-warranty cases.
But sometimes the necessary goods are missing in popular online stores or cost unreasonably much. So in such cases (and not only) you can use the platform for OLX ads, it is through it that you can buy many already withdrawn from sale and just need the goods you need. Already there you can use the product search using filters (price, city where the product is located and the seller, product category, product sorting, etc.) in the search. When you find a product that suits you in photos, descriptions and other indicators, you can already inquire about what you are still interested in the product or immediately agree to purchase from the seller. In the process of correspondence with the seller, he can offer some types of its acquisition:
1) In a personal meeting in your city (if you are in the same city with the seller0
2) Sending by mail (New mail or ukr mail, I recommend new mail, but pay attention to the reviews of the branch to which you will order delivery, because there may be queues or unfriendly employees) after prepayment (I do not recommend this method due to unreasonable level the possibility that the seller will be a fraud)
3) Mailing by invoice, which adds value to the delivery of the goods but is safer by receiving the goods from the buyer (from the buyer, because there are cases when the buyer does not come to receive the goods or refuses to receive them, forcing the seller to pay for delivery in both directions and for saving the parcel if the goods have been in the mail for a long time), payment for the goods is made only after you inspect it and agree to receive it.
4) Shipping via OLX delivery service (if the seller has activated this service on the product). Here the buying process becomes more interesting. First you have to select this service on the product tab, then enter the necessary data for sending the product (City, delivery method (new mail or Ukrposhta), post office number, phone number, Surname Name of the person who will receive the product. enter the card data (data will be saved on the olx website, other buyers will not see this data), then on the example of a monobank card, you need to confirm this payment in the mobile application of this bank, after which the funds will be debited to olx and the seller will receive a bill from olx after confirming the sale of the goods on which the goods will be sent (if the goods are not sent at a certain time the service will be canceled and the funds will be returned to the buyer) after the arrival of the goods at the new post office the buyer will receive a message after inspecting the goods and determine whether it suits you (corresponds to what was in the ad) you confirm receipt and pick up the goods, after which the seller will receive on the cards money for the goods sold to you.
This method is optimal for both the seller and the buyer, because no one risks anything, but many will not be comfortable with this service due to the use of a credit card.
Note: During quarantine, not all branches work (including those located in shopping centers) in the branches of Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta may be a limited number of people at the same time. And not all sellers want to sell during quarantine.
