How to prevent emotional burnout of community leaders: my impressions of blog-cafe on such a problem

Anastasia Kaliyan.

Blog-cafe with Tatiana Detsyuk! Oops, I would only attend such events … The topic of meeting really hit my heart. I am prone to frequent exhaustion, to be honest, in such periods I can’t live without a timeout. But I was taught to avoid emotional burnout in the whirlpool of events and activities as a way of life. It was directly the topic of the meeting: prevention of emotional burnout among public activists. On October 20, the event took place in one of the buildings of Chernihiv Polytechnic: the Institute of Law and Social Technologies. Fair? The speaker is love! Mrs. Tatiana opened the way to our souls by her shining eyes. A short period of adaptation – and the work was in full swing. A little theory, general information … And you can move on to the long-awaited exercises! We discussed how everyone recharges when they feel “burnout”, divided our own time between 4 areas of health and the environment, did a relaxing massage (of course it’s very cool) to own partner, performed effective self-massage techniques, went on our “Road to the castle” , caught “Aliyev’s Key”, shared our own dimensions of happiness. Friends, come! It’s worth it … After the event, my level of inspiration definitely increased. I would like to thank the moderator – Tetyana Detsyuk and project coordinator in xchernihiv region Lyudmyla Remnova. For me, such project is a small fairy tale, I sincerely thank you for the opportunity to work with interesting and positive people.

The project is implemented by National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” in cooperation with the Human Rights Foundation NGO and the University of Tartu (Estonia) at the expense of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.
