The modern realities for young professionals may be better. The availability of jobs is extremely small, and besides existing jobs often require work experience, which young people don’t have. In this case young people try to get any job to have at least some minimal experience regadless of their education. And the fact is that not everyone succeeds.
What kind of work can be offered to a young person without experience? Cashier at the store, waiter or courier? In my opinion, this is not fair i for me and my educated peers that are not taken seriously just because of no experience.
The solution to this problem may be the opportunity to work from the university or the presence of internships in the specialty. And also the fact that employers shouldn’t be meticulous about us, but give at least a minimal chance to show themselves as professionals and prove that we can do something.
