Природа в житті людини відіграє як матеріальне, так і духовне значення. Матеріальне, бо власне природа дає нам їжу, житло, одяг. І здавалося б, ця думка дуже проста, тому, дотримуючись цього погляду, людина повинна б бути вдячною природі. Якщо немає такого почуття, то принаймні треба розуміти таку просту річ: не доглядаючи, не удобрюючи поле, нічого сподіватися, що наступного року в тебе буде хліб на столі.
Духовне значення природи в житті людини, на мою думку, почало втрачатися давно, коли людина стала більше приділяти уваги собі, своєму внутрішньому світу, а не своїм стосункам із зовнішнім світом.
Терпіння природи не безмежне. Вона буде протестувати й посилатиме нам страшні попередження, наприклад Чорнобильська трагедія – це одне з таких попереджень.
Та все ж таки я вірю в духовне відродження людини, адже вона приходить у цей світ безгрішним малям. Треба тільки частіше нагадувати людям, що вони – діти природи, її маленька частка.

The role of nature in human life
Nature plays both material and spiritual significance in human life. Material, because nature itself gives us food, shelter, clothes. And it would seem that this idea is very simple, so, adhering to this view, man should be grateful to nature. If you do not have such a feeling, then at least you need to understand such a simple thing: without caring, without fertilizing the field, do not hope that next year you will have bread on the table.
The spiritual significance of nature in human life, in my opinion, began to be lost long ago, when man began to pay more attention to himself, his inner world, rather than his relationship with the outside world.
The patience of nature is not limitless. She will protest and send us terrible warnings, such as the Chernobyl tragedy.
Still, I believe in the spiritual rebirth of man, because he comes into this world to sinless children. We just need to remind people more often that they are children of nature, a small part of it.
