Праворадикали люблять заявляти, що Захід, навіюючи свої цінності, приніс в наше суспільство поняття «child-free*». Чим, звісно, руйнує «традиційний інститут сім’ї». Та чи справді це так? І як Захід вплинув на це?
Чайл-фрі або свідома бездітність – субкультура та ідеологія, яка характеризується принциповим небажанням мати дітей попри таку можливість (не йдеться про людей з безпліддям, тих, що відкладають розмноження на потім або не мають твердої позиції в цьому питанні).
Отже, це сім’я, яка не хоч мати дітей.
Чи руйнують такі люди ТІС? Ні. Тому, що сім’я, яка хоче дітей їх матиме. Ці діти будуть бажаними. На відміну від тих батьків, яких буквально змусили народжувати. З цього випливає і відповідь на питання: яку роль відіграли «західні цінності» в «поширенні чайлд-фрі» в Україні. Більш розвинені країни просто показали приклад. Як це, коли жінка сама відповідає за свою репродукцію.
Згадати навіть, список заборонених професій для жінок. Його існування виправдовують піклування про жінок, їхнє репродуктивне здоров’я. АЛЕ. Невже ВИ маєте вирішувати, що ЖІНЦІ робити з ЇЇ тілом?
В 5 країнах світу аборти повністю заборонені. Незалежно від того, чи бажана ця вагітність, чи ця вагітність є наслідком зґвалтування, чи ця вагітність може зашкодити здоров’ю жінки, чи можливо ця вагітність взагалі її вб’є. Бо хтось колись вирішив, що жінка ПОВИННА народжувати.
В патріархальному суспільстві одна з основних функцій фінки – репродуктивна. Але так бути не має. Жінка перш за все особистість. Чайлд-фрі це лише можливість жінки обрати кар’єру. Можливість вберегти себе та своє здоров’я. Можливість підготуватися до свідомого батьківства. Можливість підготуватися до забезпечення гідного життя дитини.

To give birth or not to give?
Right-wing radicals like to say that the West, by instilling its values, has brought the concept of “child-free*” into our society. Which, of course, destroys the “traditional institution of the family.” But is it really so? And how has the West influenced this?
Child-free or conscious childlessness is a subculture and ideology characterized by a fundamental reluctance to have children in spite of this possibility (this is not about people with infertility, those who postpone reproduction or do not have a firm position on this issue).
So this is a family that doesn’t want to have children.
Do such people destroy the Traditional institution of the family? No. Because a family that wants children will have them. These children will be loved. Unlike those parents who were literally forced to give birth. From this follows the answer to the question: what role did “Western values” play in the “spread of child-free” in Ukraine. More developed countries have just set an example. Like when a woman is responsible for her own reproduction.
Mention even the list of forbidden professions for women. Its existence justifies the care of women and their reproductive health. BUT. Do YOU really have to decide what WOMEN have to do with HER body?
Abortion is completely banned in 5 countries. Whether this pregnancy is desirable, whether it is the result of rape, whether it can harm a woman’s health, or whether it can kill her. Because someone once decided that a woman MUST give birth.
In a patriarchal society, one of the main functions of the women – reproductive. But this should not be the case. A woman is first and foremost a person. Child-free is just a woman’s chance to choose a career. Opportunity to protect yourself and your health. Opportunity to prepare for conscious parenthood. Opportunity to prepare for a decent life for a child.
